 HOW to DO SALÉ BISCUITS IN CARAMEL THUMBPRINT

To make the dough, we will combine our flour with creamed butter and sugar - it takes 5 minutes. When you are ready, shape the dough into 1-inch balls and place it on a baking sheet. If the dough is too soft to handle, refrigerate for 10 minutes. Using the back of a measure of 1/2 teaspoon, press in the middle of each ball of dough to make a well. Meanwhile, melt the caramels, then place the melted caramel in an indentation of each cooled cookie.
