Pancake Bites Recipe

Delicious and easy pancake bite recipe made in a mini muffin tin. Fun to eat, easy to prepare and they are SAINS. Do them in advance and freeze for a quick, simple, low-carb breakfast. Low-carb pancake bites

Want pancakes for breakfast without standing and going back? Note this recipe for pancake bites, quickly! They are super easy, everyone loves them and are also perfect for feeding a crowd.

But, whether it's a busy morning or just looking for a quick snack, you can't beat those fabulous "pancakes"! For maybe three months, I've been doing this every Sunday. We eat what we eat and the rest goes to the fridge or freezer.

Did I mention that not only are these pancake bites light and fluffy, they are also Low Carb and Keto?! YAHS, they are!  And before we say it; I know, they look like muffins, but Internet users call them "butchers," so I stick to that. All right? Roucouler'.

HOW DO YOU OF CREVES PARTS?

The pancake bites are quickly thrown together - whip the dough, pour it, add your favourite toppings and cook. This will take you 25 minutes from start to finish.

To keep this recipe low in carbohydrates and keto, we will use almond flour, butter, a Keto-approved sweetener like Swerve, almond milk and toppings of your choice. I used blueberries and mini sugar-free chocolate chips.

We'll start by combining almost all our ingredients in a blender and give them a whirlwind until they are fully incorporated. (Since my healthy flourless blender muffins, I use a blender to make most of my pasta.)

Once finished, we will pour this dough into a mini muffin tin, nailing the top of each muffin with your keto toppings / low in carbohydrates and cook for about 15 minutes. Allow to cool a little, take them out and serve with a side of Keto sugar-free maple syrup. That's very good!

I think the small round bites of pancakes are so much more fun than the usual flat cakes. Agree?

Not in Keto?! Switch to my mini chocolate chip muffins - they're great!

HOW TO CONGELER THE BOUCHÉES OF CREPES

Place the pancake bites completely cooled on a baking sheet and freeze for 2 hours or until frozen. Take them out of the freezer and put them in a ziploc freezer bag. Freeze for up to 2 months.
When you're ready to use, remove as much as you like from the freezer bag and reheat in the microwave or oven.

You can also refrigerate pancake bites; Store them in airtight containers and store in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
